Metal bond, ensures high endurance and low wearing rate, may require lubricant
Grain size: Please select from the list, or read Technical information.
The finest grain size is 0.5/0 micron (fine polishing) , the coarsest - 200/160 micron (rough grinding).
In grain selection window you see grain sizes according to standards:
MICRON=MESH(GRIT)=FEPA
200-70-3 (only 500/400) and 150-25-3 (only 500/400) are stones with grain size 500/400μ = 35/40 = D501, this grain size is available only for 2 those stones.

Diamond concentration: 100%
Do not waste your money on cheaper stones with lower/unknown concentration.
Flat solid block, diamonds are distributed evenly across the stone.
You may also buy aluminum blank separately, if you buy stone.

Preparation of sharpening stones
Stones with grits finer 3 microns either require preparation (dressing), or they will be self-polished after sharpening of 30-50 knives. Then they will be of gold color and work well.
This is common issue for all manufacturers: abrasive grains are covered with bond, so you need to "release" them.
"Stone preparation" is not available because of war.

Use and cleaning of diamond sharpening stones
Use any comfortable oil (baby, olive..) to prevent glazing. If glazed - clean with alcohol and toothbrush.
Maintenance is only needed every year or two.
In 1-2 years you may need to flatten stone, 20 mins with Ferric chloride (FeCl):
- 10 mins setting in 25% mixture (25 gr FeCl per 75 gr of water),
- 10 mins polish movements (carefully draw "8") on glass plate.
There are other methods (with SiC powders..), but method with FeCl, on glass plate is the cheapest and simplest.
You may buy 100 gr. of FeCl in dimensions selection window (click also any grain size to select it). I sell it if you buy a stone.
