DIAMOND EMULSION SPRAY, DIAMOND SUSPENSION, DIAMOND SLURRY
HIGH CONCENTRATION
Weight: 40 gr.
Base: Water or Oil
Difference between Oil and Water based diamond suspensions
Grain size: Please select from the list
We replaced spray bottles (second photo) with dropper bottles (main photo), as the dropper is more convenient (according to customer reviews) and does not clog.
Sprayer bottles are still available, please tell me if you need them.
This emulsion shows excellent non-drying(delayed drying) properties:
- Unlike other common water-based products on the market that dry out easily, this emulsion is very suitable for lapping as it can be used for a long time without particle clog and fixation(less impregnation) due to fast drying.
- It works really well on strop media that is harder than leather, like copper(half impregnation/half loose), cast iron, granite, CGSW hard strop.
- Excellent deburr properties in loose abrasive's rolling abrasion mode.
Why it's important:
As you know, once you apply diamond/CBN to leather, it will work almost forever. However, for non-absorbent surfaces, most emulsions will lose most of its abrasiveness when washed out -> frequent reapply required = higher consumption and higher costs.
Shake it well before use
Coarse grains (> 5/3 micron) are heavier, so shake it even better,
if you still see residue on the bottom - It wouldn't hurt to stir it with thin stick.
Blade of old knife, polished with these emulsions, grain sizes 7/5 and 5/3

Great seller! Thanks Diamond Emulsion Spray, High Concentration, 40 Gram (#285734448495) | US $14.00 Verified purchase |
Very interesting product, I didn't get to test it as thoroughly as i would like so my review is not as valid, but from what I've seen (tested) so far...it seem that it does it's job well and it is easy to apply but it does takes a very long time to dry on the surface of the strop and due to this feature, it is a bit...messy (all compared to same similar product that I've tried). If possible trough this website, I will post a more informative review of this product after I conduct more testing. DIAMOND POLISHING, LAPPING PASTE, CONCENTRATION 15%, SUPER HIGH
Weight: 40 gr.
Soluble in organic solvents.

Ultra-Sharp Shaves: 15% Diamond Lapping Paste for Straight Razors
Take your shaving routine to the pinnacle of comfort and precision. Our 15% High-Concentration Diamond Lapping Paste** is engineered specifically for serious straight razor enthusiasts and master honers who demand a flawless, laser-sharp edge.
Standard polishing compounds work slowly, but our 15% formulation packs a high volume of premium monocrystalline diamonds per gram. This ensures rapid material removal, clean scratch elimination, and ultra-fast apex refinement without causing heat buildup on your razor steel.
Why Choose 15% Concentration for Straight Razors?
- Accelerated Honing: Spend less time on the strop. The high-density diamond structure refines hard vintage carbon steel and modern stainless steels in just a few passes.
- Perfect Edge Geometry: Designed for micro-stapping on hard substrates like balsa wood or leather-on-acrylic paddles, preventing edge-rounding.
- Sub-Micron Mirror Finish: Strips away micro-burrs to leave a pristine, frictionless edge that glides effortlessly across the skin, eliminating razor burn.
- 1.0 Micron (~14,000 Grit):The ultimate transition step immediately after finishing on synthetic or natural honing stones.
- 0.5 Micron (~30,000 Grit):** The sweet spot for regular maintenance. Refines the edge for an incredibly smooth, comfortable shave.
- 0.25 to 0.1 Micron (~60,000 to 250,000 Grit):** Extreme nano-finishing for absolute surgical sharpness and ultimate edge-reflection.
Apply 2–3 tiny, pinhead-sized dots to a clean, flat balsa wood block or a dedicated paddle strop. Spread evenly. Strop your straight razor spine-first with zero downward pressure—let the 15% diamond concentration do all the work. Wipe the blade thoroughly with rubbing alcohol before your final passes on clean, unpasted leather.

Monocrystalline diamond powder.
Micron diamond powders (grain size below 40 micron) are monocrystalline by default. Yes. they may be obtained by milling of polycrystalline diamonds, but this hardy makes their crystal structure "poly", read more below.
Synthesis of polycrystalline diamonds: monocrystalline powders are pressed in a capsule, which then is exposed to high temperature and high pressure (HTHP synthesis), resulting, for example, in cutting inserts.
Synthesis of monocrystalline diamonds: graphite powder and catalyst are pressed in a capsule, which then is exposed to high temperature and high pressure (HTHP synthesis).
To receive really polycrystalline diamonds you need to use ultrafine micron powders (0.1/0 micron), obtained on super centrifuges in small amounts, because of high cost and comparatively low demand (e.g. for polishing of mirrors in space industry), so resulting crystals will be real agglomerates. But if you use powder 40 micron to make polycrystal and then mill it, you will receive powder containing monocrystals 40 micron and finer, but not polycrystalline powder.
Milling of polycrystalline diamonds for pastes does not make sense considering extra work and no benefits. Although defective diamond polycrystals are definitely milled. Fairy tales about "more cutting surfaces per particle" of diamond "micron polycrystal" were true about spiky diamond mono crystals synthesized on soviet presses long ago in a country far away. Presses, utilized now (American belt presses in South African E6 and Chinese cubic presses elsewhere) do not deploy synthesis profiles to make similar crystals. (Of course there are expensive exceptions :) )

Preparation of sharpening stones
Stones with grits finer 3 microns either require preparation (dressing), or they will be self-polished after sharpening of 30-50 knives. Then they will be of gold color and work well.
This is common issue for all manufacturers: abrasive grains are covered with bond, so you need to "release" them.
"Stone preparation" is not available because of war.

Use and cleaning of diamond sharpening stones
Use any comfortable oil (baby, olive..) to prevent glazing. If glazed - clean with alcohol and toothbrush.
Maintenance is only needed every year or two.
In 1-2 years you may need to flatten stone, 20 mins with Ferric chloride (FeCl):
- 10 mins setting in 25% mixture (25 gr FeCl per 75 gr of water),
- 10 mins polish movements (carefully draw "8") on glass plate.
There are other methods (with SiC powders..), but method with FeCl, on glass plate is the cheapest and simplest.
You may buy 100 gr. of FeCl in dimensions selection window (click also any grain size to select it). I sell it if you buy a stone.

Preparation of sharpening stones
Unlike other sharpening stones, most of these combined bond stones do not need preparation, except stones with grits finer 1 microns (<Grit 15000). Ultrafine grains (1/0, 0.5/0) form agglomerates in a bond, so you may need to dress them with abrasive powders/pastes, or they will be self-polished after sharpening of 30-50 knives.

How to maintain sharpening stones
Preparation of sharpening stones
Stones with grits finer 3 microns either require preparation (dressing), or they will be self-polished after sharpening of 30-50 knives. Then they will be of gold color and work well.
This is common issue for all manufacturers: abrasive grains are covered with bond, so you need to "release" them.
"Stone preparation" is not available because of war.

QUICK-DRYING
DIAMOND POLISHING, LAPPING PASTE,
CONCENTRATION TRIPLE EXTRA HIGH
Weight: 20 gr.
Concentration: 3 times higher than extra high concentration diamond paste.

Alcohol-based, so store in a tightly closed bottle to prevent evaporation. If it is dry, dilute it with alcohol.
Precise particle size distribution of diamond powders.
Achieve a flawless, mirror-like finish in record time with our Premium Quick-Drying Diamond Paste. Engineered for professional knife sharpeners, jewelers, metallurgists, and mold makers, this high-performance abrasive compound is designed to maximize stock removal while delivering pristine surface clarity. Packed with a massive diamond concentrations (e,g, 55 carats per 20-gram jar of 10/7), it provides unparalleled cutting speed and durability compared to standard, diluted polishing pastes.
The Innovation: From Liquid Paste to a Premium Polishing Stone
What sets this formula apart is its unique transformative property. Upon application, the carrier base evaporates rapidly, causing the compound to undergo a physical transition:- Innovative Solidifying Bond: After drying, the paste creates a waxy layer over your polisher or blade.
- Diamond-Impregnated Matrix: This protective wax becomes heavily impregnated with diamond particles , locking them tightly in place.
- Instant Sharpening Stone Transformation: This process effectively turns your leather strop, balsa wood, felt wheel, or metal lap into a high-performance polishing stone . This eliminates the mess of shifting paste, stops diamond particles from migrating, and provides a solid, uniform abrasive surface that mimics the precision of a diamond sharpening stone.
Why Choose Our Triple Extra High Concentration Diamond Paste?
- Lightning-Fast Drying Formula: Our advanced volatile carrier base evaporates quickly after application. This prevents the compound from spinning off, splattering, or running when used on high-speed polishing wheels or manual strops.
- Maximum Diamond Density: With a Triple Extra High abrasive concentration, every drop is loaded with industrial-grade micro-diamonds. You need less product to get the job done, reducing polishing time and product consumption.
- Precision Gradation & Uniform Particle Distribution: Available in multiple micron sizes for everything from aggressive stock removal to final optical-grade mirror polishing. Zero agglomeration ensures scratch-free, uniform finishes.
- Easy Cleanup: Despite forming a durable waxy layer during use, the compound is formulated to wash away effortlessly using standard degreasers or warm soapy water, leaving no permanent residue behind.
Versatile Industrial & Workshop Applications
Our quick-drying diamond compound excels on the world's hardest materials:- Knife Sharpening & Stropping: Perfect for loading leather, balsa wood, or composite strops. The hardened waxy layer creates a razor-sharp, mirror edge on premium tool steels (M390, CPM-20CV, D2) and tungsten carbide without rounding the apex.
- Gemstone & Jewelry Polishing: Provides exceptional clarity and brilliance on diamonds, sapphires, rubies, quartz, and precious metals.
- Mold, Die & Tool Engineering: Ideal for precision lapping, final finishing of injection mold cavities, and eliminating tool marks on hardened steel surfaces.
- Metallurgical & Optical Preparation: Trusted by labs for scratch-free specimen preparation and optical glass polishing.

How to Achieve Best Results
- Prepare the Surface: Ensure your workpiece is clean and free of debris from previous coarser grinding steps.
- Apply Sparingly: Due to the heavy 3E concentration, a tiny bead is highly effective. Apply to your strop or polishing tool and spread evenly.
- Allow to Set: Wait a few moments for the quick-drying carrier to stabilize and form the diamond-impregnated waxy stone layer .
- Polish: Work the surface with uniform pressure. Clean the workpiece thoroughly before moving to a finer micron grade to prevent cross-contamination.

DIAMOND POLISHING PASTE FOR CERAMIC / ZIRCONIUM RESTORATIONS
Clinically tested solid diamond polishing paste to obtain perfect surfaces of ceramics, metals and other hard to process materials (porcelain, composite materials, amalgam lithium-disilicate, zirconium oxide, veneering and hybrid ceramics, etc).
The paste is solid, so it's easy to apply and it sticks well to the wheels, which makes it economical to use.
It's recommended to use with felt wheels, suitable for rotation speed of 5.000 - 10.000 Rpm.
Since the pastes contain insoluble content (diamond powder) that can enter the gastrointestinal tract, they are NOT recommended to be used directly in the patient's mouth.
Diamond concentration: 20%
twice as high as the standard Extra High concentratioh1n
Weight: 15 gr
Safety Data Sheet
Grain sizes:
3/2 micron - the coarsest grit in a set, semi-gloss finish, which, in fact, is enough in most cases;
1/0 micron - for intermediary operations, gloss finish;
0,5/0 micron - the finest grit in a set, super gloss finish.
How to use:
1. Collect the diamond paste with a rotating felt wheel or brush (5,000 - 10,000 rpm).
2. Polish the desired surface by holding the object firmly with your hand and using moderate pressure.
3. Change the direction of polishing the surface again and again, preferably in a circle.
4. Once the polishing effect decreases, take more diamond paste.
5. Rinse the polished item under running water.
