Post tracking:

We ship internationally, all around the world, via Ukrainian post: standard registered mail with tracking on www.ukrposhta.ua or on destination country post's website.

Your order will be shipped max. in 3 working days after receiving payment or after tool is manufactured. 

Accompanying document: customs declaration (CN22, CN23, depending on weight) by private person.
Please contact us if you need full set of customs documents for clearance: invoices, contract, specification, customs declaration. 

Delivery time to the US, Europe - 2-4 weeks. All orders do arrive ontime, but there may be delays due to custom's or other issues. As we might see during Covid19 lockdown.
The longest delivery time we experienced- 2 months (from Ukraine to Australia and Venezuela).

We also offer shipping options:
- Expedited shipping via EMS. It's twice more expensive and faster than standard Ukrainian post. It makes sense for order values more than 1000 EUR. 
- Air cargo -  for bulk orders overseas (Asia, Americas, Africa). 
- Truck cargo - European delivery of heavy items,  >30 Kg
  
All other options (Fedex, UPS, etc.) are too expensive comparing to order value.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
