HIGH CONCENTRATION
Weight: 40 gr.
Water based
Grain size: Please select from the list
The finest grain size is 0.5/0 micron (fine polishing), but we can make 0.25/0 and 0.1/0 micron.
We replaced spray bottles (second photo) with dropper bottles (main photo),
as the dropper is more convenient (according to customer reviews) and does not clog.
Sprayer bottles are still available, please tell me if you need them.
This emulsion shows excellent non-drying(delayed drying) properties:
- Unlike other common water-based products on the market that dry out easily, this emulsion is very suitable for lapping as it can be used for a long time without particle clog and fixation(less impregnation) due to fast drying.
- It works really well on strop media that is harder than leather, like copper(half impregnation/half loose), cast iron, granite, CGSW hard strop.
- Excellent deburr properties in loose abrasive's rolling abrasion mode.
Why it's important:
As you know, once you apply diamond/CBN to leather, it will work almost forever. However, for non-absorbent surfaces, most emulsions will lose most of its abrasiveness when washed out -> frequent reapply required = higher consumption and higher costs.
Shake it well before use
Coarse grains (> 5/3 micron) are heavier, so shake it even better,
if you still see residue on the bottom - It wouldn't hurt to stir it with thin stick.
Blade of old knife, polished with these emulsions, grain sizes 7/5 and 5/3
