This wurtzite boron nitride powder was manufactured by shock compression (explosion in special military facility) of hexagonal boron nitride.

Application: dry lubricant, high temperature resistant additive, synthesis of superhard materials.
Wurtzite boron nitride has a potential for manufacturing of advanced electronic devices, because such its properties as as a wider band gap, higher thermal conductivity, and larger spontaneous polarization, are superior to Gallium nitride (GaN) and Aluminium nitride (AlN).
According to Ioffe Institute, thermal expansion of wurtzite boron nitride is the lowest among other materials, so it ensures higher stability of coating layer under high temperatures. You can buy high temperature wurtzite boron nitride paste here.
